Nurse Aids at Ivory Health Solutions

Ivory Health Solutions is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Aide to support our nursing team in providing quality patient care. The ideal candidate will assist with daily patient needs, maintain a clean and safe environment, and work under the supervision of registered nurses. This role is perfect for individuals who are caring, attentive, and eager to contribute to patient wellbeing in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with personal hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Help patients with mobility (turning, repositioning, transferring)
• Measure and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration)
• Serve meals and assist with feeding when necessary
• Maintain clean and tidy patient rooms and common areas
• Change bed linens and ensure patient comfort
• Assist nurses with medical equipment setup
• Escort patients for tests and procedures
• Report patient concerns or changes to nursing staff
• Follow all infection control and safety protocols
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients

Qualifications & Skills:

• Certificate in Nursing Assistance or equivalent qualification
• Valid certification from a recognized institution
• Previous experience in hospital or care facility (preferred but not required)
• Basic knowledge of patient care and hygiene practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical stamina to assist patients and stand for long periods
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with elderly or disabled patient care
• First Aid/CPR certification
• Familiarity with hospital equipment and procedures
