Team Leaders at Platinum Credit

Platinum Credit Limited is seeking dynamic and results-driven Team Leaders to lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve set sales targets. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in sales, leadership, and team performance management. You will play a key role in ensuring the growth and profitability of the company through effective people management and sales execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Representatives.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve team targets.
• Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular coaching and mentorship.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly performance reviews and submit reports to management.
• Ensure team members comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
• Act as a liaison between the team and management, communicating expectations and updates.
• Maintain customer service standards and handle escalated client issues as needed.
• Identify market opportunities and lead team initiatives to capture new business.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (at least 1–2 years) in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in sales or financial services.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Self-driven and highly motivated with a results-oriented approach.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
