Sales Lead/Sales Manager
Description
We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Lead / Sales Manager to lead our sales department to the next level. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, providing technology solutions, and achieving sales goals. This role combines technical knowledge with sales acumen to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in IT product sales, with a strong technical understanding of cybersecurity tools, business process automation, and enterprise-grade applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the sales and business development of:
- Cybersecurity solutions (e.g., firewalls, endpoint protection, network security)
- Automation tools (e.g., workflow automation, RPA, low-code platforms)
- Business applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRMS, custom software)
- Cloud Technologies (E.g., AWS, Huawei Cloud, IBM cloud and such)
- Create and execute go-to-market strategies and sales
- Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions across IT, automation, and application domains.
- Manage and grow key client relationships and enterprise
- Oversee the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing
- Collaborate with technical teams for solution design, demos, and implementation
- Build and mentor a high-performing sales team (optional for lead manager roles).

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or related
- 5+ years of experience in selling IT products and services, including cybersecurity, automation, or enterprise software.
- Hands-on knowledge of solutions such as:
- Firewalls (e.g., Fortinet, Check Point, Cisco)
- RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate)
- CRM/ERP platforms (e.g., Zoho, SAP, Odoo)
- Cloud Technologies
- Strong network of OEM/vendor partners in the IT and automation
- Proven ability to close large deals and manage sales
- Excellent communication, client presentation, and negotiation
Preferred Certifications (Optional)
- Fortinet NSE, Cisco, or Check Point certifications
- CompTIA Security+ or CEH
- RPA / Automation Platform certifications
- CRM or ERP implementation certifications (e.g., Zoho CRM, SAP)
Compensation
Base salary + performance commission + growth-based incentives.
