Restaurant Supervisor

Baobab Beach Resort & Spa is seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our dynamic Food & Beverage Service team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Restaurant Manager and play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene.
• Coordinate and support restaurant staff to maintain efficient service flow and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in training, mentoring, and motivating F&B service staff to uphold company service standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with relevant departments for timely replenishment of stock.
• Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Assist in scheduling shifts and managing team rosters in collaboration with the Restaurant Manager.
• Support in planning and executing special events and promotions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
• Aged between 30–40 years.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar supervisory role in a 4- or 5-star resort.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and guest service standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
