Description

To drive B2B sales growth for the company’s AI-powered school management platform in Nairobi and surrounding areas. This role also includes team leadership responsibilities, including building and mentoring a growing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and close sales opportunities with schools (primary & secondary – public and private).
  • Take full ownership of the Nairobi region and support national
  • Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies that align with company
  • Maintain a robust pipeline and ensure CRM records are up to
  • Lead client demos and onboarding conversations together with support
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, customer support, and onboarding
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance updates to the
  • Contribute to the hiring, training, and mentoring of future sales
  • Represent the company in events and local stakeholder

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in B2B sales, ideally in edtech, SaaS, or education
  • Proven ability to close deals and build lasting
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
  • Leadership potential or experience in mentoring junior team
  • Experience in the Kenyan education sector is a strong
  • Passionate about education and using tech for
