Description
To drive B2B sales growth for the company’s AI-powered school management platform in Nairobi and surrounding areas. This role also includes team leadership responsibilities, including building and mentoring a growing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and close sales opportunities with schools (primary & secondary – public and private).
- Take full ownership of the Nairobi region and support national
- Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies that align with company
- Maintain a robust pipeline and ensure CRM records are up to
- Lead client demos and onboarding conversations together with support
- Collaborate closely with marketing, customer support, and onboarding
- Provide weekly and monthly performance updates to the
- Contribute to the hiring, training, and mentoring of future sales
- Represent the company in events and local stakeholder
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in B2B sales, ideally in edtech, SaaS, or education
- Proven ability to close deals and build lasting
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
- Leadership potential or experience in mentoring junior team
- Experience in the Kenyan education sector is a strong
- Passionate about education and using tech for
