Description
We are looking for a self-motivated individual to fill in an entry level vacant position as a Management Trainee/Accounts Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Premium receipting and reconciliation.
- Prompt bank and reviewing of bank reports
- Payment dispatch
- Bank Reconciliation
- Payout handling of expenses
- Alignment of support documentation and filing
- Reconciliation of general ledger accounts
- Payment voucher handling and in accordance with the company policy and regulations
- Observing alertness in handling of all receipts and the receipting process
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
- A degree from a recognised university (Also welcomed is diverse fields including law, Education and applied sciences)
- Complete CPA/ACCA or undertaking the final section
- Experience is not mandatory, although exposure to an office environment is encouraged
