Nurses – 4 Positions

Deanesh Hospital is seeking to recruit four (4) qualified and compassionate Nurses to join our healthcare team in Nairobi. The successful candidates will provide high-quality nursing care, ensure patient safety, and uphold professional nursing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and procedures
• Monitor patient conditions and maintain accurate medical records
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors
• Prepare patients for procedures and assist during medical interventions
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and post-discharge care
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with infection prevention and hospital standards
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution
• Registered and licensed by the Nursing Council of Kenya
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience in a hospital setting
• Strong clinical and observational skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities
• Compassionate, patient-centered, and emotionally resilient
