Position: Real Estate Salesperson
Location: Parklands, Nairobi
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively source and close property (land and apartments) sales
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct property viewings and negotiations
- Stay up to date with market trends and property listings
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate sales (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the local property market is an added advantage
