Data Management Processors (Data Entry Clerks)

We are looking for meticulous and highly skilled Data Management Processors to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, processing, and maintaining large volumes of data, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and efficiency. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, advanced Excel skills, and the flexibility to work different shifts, including night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input and update data in company systems and databases.
• Perform regular data verification to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Organize, compile, and maintain records in a systematic manner.
• Use advanced Microsoft Excel functions (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.) for data processing and analysis.
• Identify and correct data entry errors before final submission.
• Follow established guidelines and instructions to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Generate reports and summaries as required by management.
• Support other departments with data-related tasks when needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related business course.
• Minimum of 2 years’ work experience; experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Proven typing speed of 200 characters per minute (CPM) at 100% accuracy.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong knowledge of formulas such as VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and similar functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and patience.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to follow instructions and draw logical conclusions.
• Willingness to be trained and adapt to changing work requirements.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including night shifts.
• Must be residing in or willing to relocate to Kitengela, Athi River, or Mlolongo.
