Description
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about mixology, guest service, and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to set standards
- Ensure bar cleanliness, organization, and proper stock levels
- Operate the draft beer system and maintain quality control
- Engage guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their experience
- Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Support bar operations during busy service periods and events
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bartender in a busy restaurant or bar
- Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beers, and wines
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
