Executive Driver

Odex Chemicals Ltd is a leading provider of industrial detergents, sanitizers, and water treatment solutions. We are seeking a professional, reliable, and safety-conscious Executive Driver to provide dedicated transportation services to our Executive Director. The ideal candidate will have excellent driving skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport the Executive Director to meetings, appointments, and other official engagements.
• Provide transportation services to company visitors and guests as required.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure the vehicle remains roadworthy at all times.
• Ensure all vehicle documents, including insurance and inspection certificates, are valid and up to date.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle in a clean and presentable condition, both internally and externally.
• Monitor fuel, oil, tyre condition, and other routine maintenance requirements.
• Adhere to all traffic regulations and safe driving practices.
• Use GPS and route-planning tools to ensure timely arrivals and avoid delays.
• Report vehicle faults, accidents, or maintenance requirements promptly.
• Prepare and submit vehicle mileage and usage reports as required.
• Uphold a high standard of professionalism, courtesy, and discretion.

Qualifications and Experience

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience driving executives.
• Diploma in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and traffic laws.
