Customer Service Representative at Mamasafi

Role Responsibilities:

• Receive Calls: Professionally handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers.
• Take Bookings: Accurately manage and process customer bookings for our laundry and home cleaning services.
• Resolve Issues: Assist customers in resolving any concerns, complaints, or inquiries they may have.
• Customer Assistance: Help customers understand the range of products and services Mamasafi offers, ensuring they have all the information they need to make informed decisions.
• Multi-channel Support: Engage with customers via phone, e-mail, web chat, or social media platforms, ensuring a seamless experience across all channels.

Requirements:

• Must be below 25yo
• Location: Must be able to work in Kileleshwa.
• Language: Fluent in both English and Swahili.
• Communication Skills: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
• Technical Skills: Exceptional computer skills are a must. Proficiency in handling various social media platforms, including X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, etc., is essential.
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar customer service role is highly recommended.
• Bonus Skills: Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads is an added advantage.

• Hybrid Work Environment: Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid role that blends in-office work, remote tasks, and on-the-go responsibilities.
• Peak Hours: We are usually busiest on the weekends, so be prepared to be active during those times. Mondays are typically our slow days, offering a lighter start to the week.
