Our client who is based in Hospitality Industry is seeking a vibrant, aggressive, pro-active Food & Beverage Supervisor responsible for providing overall leadership to a Restaurant team as a well as supervisory services so as to ensure optimal efficiency of the Restaurant operations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma in Food and Beverage Management or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or similar role in a restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food and beverage services, and health/safety standards.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to ensure excellent customer service.
- Assign tasks, create schedules, and manage shift coverage for the service team.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and implement improvements where necessary.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely and efficient food and beverage service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure food quality, presentation, and timely delivery.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of dining and service areas.
- Assist in menu planning, development, and adjustments based on customer preferences and trends.
- Ensure that all staff comply with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Regularly inspect kitchen and dining areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Manage stock levels and inventory for food, beverages, and supplies, ordering as necessary.
- Assist in cost control by monitoring waste, portion sizes, and efficiency in service.
- Assist with cash handling, financial reports, and monitoring daily sales.
- Help identify ways to increase revenue through promotions, upselling, and customer loyalty initiatives.
