Description
Responsibilities
- Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and present dishes with attention to detail and quality.
- Quality Control Ensure all dishes meet high standards of taste, presentation and consistency.
- Menu Improvement Assist in creating new new dishes and seasonal menus that reflect the restaurant's style and vision
- Health and Safety Maintain a clean and organised kitchen and follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Team Leadership Train and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
Requirements
- Diploma in Hospitality management or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a restaurant manager or a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in restaurant management software eg, POS systems ,scheduling tools
- Knowledge of food safety and health standards
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
