Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Management & Leadership
  • Ensure Excellent Customer Service & Guest Relations 
  • Operations & Oversee Daily Activities
  • Financial & Budgeting Support 
  • Ensure Health & Safety Compliance
  • Marketing & Promotions
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business management, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management position in a busy Hotel restaurant
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations and multitask effectively
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of restaurant management software (POS, scheduling, inventory systems) is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, health, and safety regulations
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • May be required to work during peak hours, including weekends and holidays.
