- Staff Management & Leadership

- Operations & Oversee Daily Activities
- Financial & Budgeting Support
- Ensure Health & Safety Compliance
- Marketing & Promotions
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business management, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management position in a busy Hotel restaurant
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and multitask effectively
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of restaurant management software (POS, scheduling, inventory systems) is a plus
- Strong knowledge of food safety, health, and safety regulations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- May be required to work during peak hours, including weekends and holidays.
