Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the À la Carte kitchen, ensuring efficiency and quality.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and maintain smooth service.
  • Ensure high-quality food presentation and taste. Manage kitchen costs to meet budget targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, or similar in a high-volume à la carte kitchen.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and presentation.
  • Leadership, communication, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Culinary degree or certification preferred. Familiarity with kitchen management software is a plus.
