Kitchen Assitant

Job Title: Kitchen Helper
Location: Ongata Rongai

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist cooks with daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking as per the menu.
• Perform pre-preparation tasks, such as chopping, peeling, and organizing ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking equipment.
• Support in serving meals and ensuring proper portioning.
• Adhere to hygiene and safety standards in all kitchen activities.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• At least one year of experience in a similar role.
• Basic cooking knowledge is essential.
• Previous cooking experience in a school setting will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
