Cleaning Supervisor

A reputable institution based in Rongai is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee and manage housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a supervisory role, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, organization, and maintenance across the institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
• Assign duties to cleaning staff and monitor their performance to ensure adherence to established standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of cleaning areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Train and mentor cleaning staff on proper techniques, equipment usage, and cleaning protocols.
• Address and resolve any housekeeping-related issues or concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely procurement.
• Prepare and submit reports on housekeeping activities, including staff performance and operational challenges.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement cleaning schedules and improvement strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in Housekeeping or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory position, preferably in a housekeeping or cleaning environment.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
