Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Graphics Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of Kericho Gold, working on product design, marketing materials, and other creative projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a leading brand while showcasing your creativity and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create visually appealing graphics for packaging, promotional materials, and digital content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative product designs that align with the brand's identity and market trends.
• Prepare and deliver print-ready files while ensuring all designs meet printing specifications and quality standards.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and attention to detail.
• Stay updated on industry trends, printing technologies, and design software advancements.
• Assist in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual communication materials.
• Provide creative solutions to design challenges in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong product design skills, with a portfolio showcasing packaging or related projects.
• Knowledge of printing technology and processes.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a strong eye for detail.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
