Description

The Human Resource Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the HR department by performing administrative and operational HR tasks while contributing to financial and accounts receivable management. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with expertise in managing accounts, invoicing, and ensuring compliance with financial and HR policies.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Accounts Management

    • Manage and reconcile customer accounts and payments.
    • Monitor and update customer records to ensure accuracy.
  2. Invoicing and Collections

    • Handle invoicing, collections, and resolution of disputes for B2B clients.
    • Ensure timely collection of outstanding balances while maintaining strong client relationships.
  3. Accounts Receivable Reporting

    • Prepare accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue balances.
    • Provide regular updates to management on collection progress and outstanding issues.
  4. Credit Control Support

    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and disputes.
    • Assist in implementing and supporting credit control policies and procedures.
  5. Compliance and Procedures

    • Ensure compliance with financial and organizational policies and procedures.
    • Support audits and prepare necessary documentation as required.
  6. HR Administrative Support

    • Assist in HR tasks such as maintaining employee records, tracking attendance, and coordinating training programs.
    • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations.

Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • CPA Certification is an added advantage.
  • At least 3 years of B2B accounts receivable experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
