Assistant Cook

Exotic EPZ is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Assistant Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working in a corporate setup, with a passion for preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals as per menu specifications.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
• Support the head cook in planning and organizing kitchen operations.
• Prepare ingredients and ensure proper storage and handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen area.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate inventory needs to the supervisor.
• Assist in creating and presenting dishes to meet quality standards.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen.

Qualifications and Skills:

• At least 3 years of proven experience working as a cook or assistant cook in a corporate setup.
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
