Job Description:
We are excited to invite passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as F&B Service Trainees. This is a unique 9-month training program designed to provide hands-on experience in Food & Beverage service operations within a dynamic and luxurious resort environment. Under the guidance of our experienced team, you will gain valuable skills and knowledge to kickstart your career in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup and preparation of dining areas for service.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable.
• Learn and practice proper food and beverage service techniques, including table setting, order taking, and serving.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining and service areas.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the F&B team to ensure smooth and efficient service operations.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to all resort policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• KCSE Certificate or equivalent.
• Food & Beverage Certificate/Diploma from a recognized institution.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, POS systems, etc.).
• Age between 22 – 27 years.
• Passion for the hospitality industry and a strong desire to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
