Beautician

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Beautician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of both local and international skincare products, a strong background in sales within a retail setup, and a diploma or degree in a related field. This role involves providing exceptional beauty services, advising clients on skincare routines, and driving product sales to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Beauty Services:

   • Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including facials, waxing, threading, and other skincare services.

   • Customize treatments based on clients’ skin types, conditions, and preferences.

   • Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.

2. Product Knowledge and Sales:

   • Demonstrate expert knowledge of local and international skincare products.

   • Recommend and sell skincare and beauty products to clients based on their needs.

   • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the retail business.

3. Client Consultation:

   • Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients’ skincare concerns and goals.

   • Provide personalized advice on skincare routines and product usage.

   • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

4. Retail Operations:

   • Assist in maintaining inventory levels and organizing product displays.

   • Ensure the retail area is clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing.

   • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records.

5. Compliance and Hygiene:

   • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

   • Ensure all tools and equipment are sanitized and maintained properly.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Cosmetology, Esthetics, Beauty Therapy, or a related field.

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Beautician.

  • Proven experience in sales within a retail environment.

• Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of local and international skincare products.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Strong sales and persuasion abilities.

  • Ability to perform a wide range of beauty treatments.
