I supervised dispatch of goods where I achieved a 99% dispatch rate. Monitored and supervised deliveries where as we well achieved above 95% OTIF on daily basis. 3. Coordinated over 100 staff including the delivery crew and monitored over 40 fleet of trucks covering 40 routes daily in the counties of Kericho, Kisumu, Kisii, Nyamira, Nakuru, and Bomet. 4. Always, I developed metrics and KPIs for the dispatch and delivery crew that drove a culture of continuous improvement. 5. Supervised warehouse and delivery safety mechanisms to ensure all our staff and working environment was safe. I promoted team work ethics and ensured all trucks were well inspected before being allocated work and also ensured all safety facilities in the warehouse were up-to-date. 6. I upheld integrity, honesty, and equality among he staff making all persons of different culture and gender work away effectively from harassments and gender biases .
