• Tendering. Preparation of tender documents, advertising of tenders, receiving of tender and evaluation, and award of tenders to qualified suppliers. •Tender opening. After receiving tender documents from suppliers they are invited to the tender opening process. • Supplier evaluation. Supplier evaluation involves requesting suppliers to submit their documents where they are evaluated according to the criteria approved hence those that meet the qualifications are retained. • Preparing evaluation reports. Preparing evaluation reports after the evaluation committee finishes the evaluation. • Preparation of key reports such as professional opinion report (POF), quantity approval form (QAF) & evaluation reports. After evaluation, I prepared key reports and forwarded them for approval by the relevant authorities • Record keeping. I kept records in a safe and secure place and in an orderly manner for ease of access. • Receiving and issuance of stock. I was mandated to receive stock and goods being delivered by suppliers and store them in a safe and secure place. Also, I was given a mandate of issuing items to different departments. • Inspection of goods after receiving them from suppliers to ascertain they meet the quality required. • Stock taking. Participated in stocking taking to ascertain that the stock in the stores reflect the same as that in the system. • Disposal of obsolete items. Participated in the disposal process of obsolete items through the auction of assets such as old vehicles and batteries and cartridges.
