Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will be responsible for;
- Preparing financial statements, reports and budgets.
- Managing day to day accounting operations.
- Preparing payments, invoices, bank reconciliation.
- Preparing and filing tax returns with KRA and other relevant authorities.
- Advising Management on financial matters.
- Ensuring internal controls and financial policies are adhered to.
- Performing any other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants should possess:
- Be holder of CPA part two qualifications, Degree in accounting will be an added advantage.
- Have at least 2years of experience.
- Have knowledge of ERP accounting software's and proficient in Excel.
- Have good understanding of tax laws and statutory requirements in Kenya.
- Have good communication, analytical and organizational skills.
- Be honest, detail oriented and able to work under minimum supervision.
