Accountant

Talent Grid Africa is recruiting on behalf of our client, a hospitality and real estate organization, for an Accountant to oversee key financial operations and support accurate, compliant, and timely financial reporting.

This opportunity is suited to an accounting professional who is comfortable working hands-on with reconciliations, payroll, statutory compliance, management accounts, cash flow, audit preparation, supplier payments, and financial controls.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2–3 years of active accounting experience
• CPA or ACCA qualification is highly preferred
• Strong practical experience with ERP and accounting software
• Good knowledge of Kenyan tax regulations and statutory obligations
• Previous hospitality or real estate experience is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and analytical skills
