Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. This role is ideal for a finance professional who is passionate about accuracy, integrity, and contributing to impactful work in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including tax filings and audit support.
• Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.
• Maintain financial records and ensure documentation is up to date.
• Assist in developing internal controls and financial procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (BA/BSc/HND).
• 5–6 years of proven experience in accounting or finance.
• Professional certification (CPA or ACCA) is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
