Position Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and well-organized Accountant – Data Entry to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately recording financial transactions, maintaining up-to-date accounting records, and supporting basic financial reporting. This role requires a keen eye for detail, proficiency in accounting software, and a commitment to accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter financial transactions accurately into the accounting system.
• Maintain and update accounting records in an organized manner.
• Prepare basic financial reports and assist with reconciliations.
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry.
• Assist in maintaining proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Support the finance team with administrative and accounting tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
