Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Intern to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support financial operations, reconciliations, tax filings, and budget preparation while gaining hands-on experience in real estate accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and reconcile rental income and expenses.
• Assist in tax filings, audits, and financial reporting.
• Process and manage invoices, receipts, and client payments.
• Work with Excel, QuickBooks, Sage, and other accounting tools.
• Support budget preparation and financial analysis.

Who Should Apply?

• Pursuing or completed a degree/diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficient in Excel, QuickBooks, Sage, or accounting software.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in real estate and property finance.
