Audit Semi-Senior

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage audit assignments, ensuring compliance with auditing standards and firm policies.
• Conduct risk assessments, identify key areas of concern, and provide practical recommendations to clients.
• Review and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to accounting standards.
• Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings to clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and professionalism.
• Stay updated on changes in audit regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• CPA-K qualification.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in auditing or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
