Audit & Tax Associate

The Audit & Tax Associate supports audit and tax engagements by handling audit fieldwork, tax computations, compliance filings and reconciliations. The role requires strong knowledge of auditing standards and Kenyan tax laws, attention to detail, and professional client engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.

• Professional qualification such as CPA or ACCA (part-qualified or fully qualified) is required.

• At least 2 years of relevant audit and/or tax experience in a professional services firm.

• Practical experience in audit fieldwork, tax compliance, tax computations, and reconciliations.

• Experience dealing with tax authorities, tax audits, and external/statutory audits is an advantage.
