Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Bills Processor to join our dynamic team in Kenya. The ideal candidate will have experience in billing, invoice management, or related functions, and be proficient in Microsoft Office tools. This role requires someone who is coachable, highly organized, and ready to work night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Process bills, invoices, and other financial documents accurately and in a timely manner.

• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies or missing documentation.

• Maintain and update billing databases and records with high attention to detail.

• Use Microsoft Excel and other tools to analyze and organize data, apply formulas, and create professional reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and billing standards.

• Provide support to other finance and billing-related activities as needed.

• Learn and adapt to new software and applications relevant to billing and data processing.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related business course.

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar or related role.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (formulas, formatting, and report aesthetics).

• Familiarity with invoice management or vendor coordination is an added advantage.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly coachable, with a willingness to learn and undergo training.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Technologically adept, with the ability to navigate the internet and various applications.

• Flexible to work on night shifts.

• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Kitengela, Athi River, or Mlolongo.
