Branch Accountant

Lorenzo Group is one of Kenya's leading providers of dry cleaning, laundry, professional cleaning, moving services, and cleaning detergent manufacturing. We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and ethical Branch Accountant to support financial operations across our branches.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare daily sales, collections and branch financial reports.

• Perform daily reconciliation of sales, cash, mobile money and bank collections.

• Monitor branch revenue, identify variances and investigate revenue leakages.

• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely posting of all transactions.

• Monitor stock movement, conduct stock reconciliations and support inventory accountability.

• Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

• Support fraud prevention initiatives and promptly report financial irregularities.

• Ensure proper documentation, record management and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

• CPA – Part 2 qualification

• At least 2 years' experience in accounting, preferably in a retail, hospitality or multi-branch business environment.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong analytical, reconciliation and problem-solving skills.

• High level of integrity, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
