Position Overview:
The Finance Executive will play a key role in driving financial strategy, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting the organization’s growth objectives. The role requires a results-oriented professional with expertise in financial management, reporting, and analysis to provide insights that guide strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and variance analyses to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions to maintain optimal cash flow and credit management.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulatory requirements, including timely preparation and filing of tax returns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and optimize financial processes.
- Assist in financial planning and strategic initiatives to enhance profitability and cost efficiency.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure policy compliance.
- Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and liaising with external auditors.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA) is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the manufacturing or EPZ sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
- Knowledge of international financial regulations and EPZ compliance is a plus.
