POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Finance Manager, Medical Diagnostics to lead our finance function. This role is pivotal in providing financial leadership, ensuring robust financial controls, and supporting the growth of our medical diagnostics division. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry expertise in rapid tests or diagnostics, combined with strong analytical, leadership, and compliance skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the finance function and provide strategic financial leadership to the medical diagnostics division.

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management, board, and external stakeholders.

• Develop and manage annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

• Monitor financial performance, provide variance analysis, and deliver actionable insights.

• Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support operational needs.

• Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and robust internal controls.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, sales, and supply chain to drive business growth and efficiency.

• Support strategic decision-making with data-driven financial analysis, scenario modelling, and risk assessments.

REQUIREMENTS

• 4–5 years of progressive finance experience specifically in the medical diagnostics industry, with a strong focus on rapid tests or related diagnostic products.

• Strong financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis skills.

• Proven ability to lead and manage a full finance function with demonstrated success.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• CPA(K) or ACCA qualification is a distinct advantage.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with high attention to detail.

• Unwavering integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards.

• Experience in the healthcare or diagnostics industry is mandatory.
