Loan Officers Kilifi – 11 Positions

Momentum Credit is a fast-growing financial services provider committed to empowering individuals and businesses by providing accessible and flexible credit solutions. We are currently seeking proactive, goal-driven, and customer-focused Loan Officers to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and assess their creditworthiness.
• Guide clients through the loan application process and explain available products.
• Analyze financial information, evaluate loan applications, and make sound lending decisions in line with company policies.
• Perform risk assessment and recommend appropriate loan amounts and terms.
• Ensure timely disbursement of approved loans and accurate documentation.
• Monitor and follow up on active loans to ensure repayments are made as scheduled.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in a similar role, preferably within microfinance or digital lending.
• Strong understanding of credit management, lending procedures, and risk analysis.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
• Proficiency in using lending software and MS Office Suite is an added advantage.
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
