Project Lead

Jubilee Allianz General Insurance is looking to hire a temporary Project Lead. 

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the project and providing guidance to the team
• Setting goals for the team and tracking them
• Tracking project timelines
• Review the teams work / reconciliations and prepare journals to be considered by management
• Lead and provide information for the weekly executive committee discussions
• Lead the daily meetings with the project team to provide guidance, assign responsibilities and highlight areas of concern
• Developing a work plan
• Ensure all remaining balance sheet transactions at the end of the exercise are legitimate and cannot be supported 

Requirements and skills

• Bachelor’s degree 
• CPA (K)
• Minimum of 6 years working experience. 
• Self-driven
• Experience in a clean-up project
• Good leadership skills
• Experience leading a team
• Good communication skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to foster team work
