Project Lead
Description
Jubilee Allianz General Insurance is looking to hire a temporary Project Lead.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the project and providing guidance to the team
- Setting goals for the team and tracking them
- Tracking project timelines
- Review the teams work / reconciliations and prepare journals to be considered by management
- Lead and provide information for the weekly executive committee discussions
- Lead the daily meetings with the project team to provide guidance, assign responsibilities and highlight areas of concern
- Developing a work plan
- Ensure all remaining balance sheet transactions at the end of the exercise are legitimate and cannot be supported
Requirements and skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- CPA (K)
- Minimum of 6 years working experience.
- Self-driven
- Experience in a clean-up project
- Good leadership skills
- Experience leading a team
- Good communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to foster team work
