Job Summary
The Strategic Finance Manager will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of Itisha Group. This position is responsible for financial forecasting, business performance analysis, investment strategy, and long-term financial planning. The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking finance professional with a deep understanding of financial modeling, corporate finance, and strategic planning within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute long-term financial strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning to support growth initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Provide insights on financial trends, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
Business & Investment Analysis
- Conduct financial modeling and business case analysis to evaluate new projects, partnerships, and investments.
- Assess the financial impact of strategic initiatives and make recommendations for capital allocation.
- Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and industry benchmarks to inform strategic decisions.
Performance Management & Reporting
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to track financial and operational performance.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports and business insights to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvements in financial reporting, data analytics, and decision support systems.
Risk Management & Compliance
- Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and corporate policies.
- Work closely with internal and external auditors to maintain financial integrity.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including technology, sales, and operations, to align financial goals with business strategy.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance analytical capabilities and financial acumen.
- Support fundraising efforts, investor relations, and corporate finance activities as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
- CPA, ACCA, or CFA certification is an added advantage.
- 8+ years of experience in strategic finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and business analytics.
- Experience in the technology or consulting industry is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Power BI).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
