Job Summary

The Strategic Finance Manager will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of Itisha Group. This position is responsible for financial forecasting, business performance analysis, investment strategy, and long-term financial planning. The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking finance professional with a deep understanding of financial modeling, corporate finance, and strategic planning within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute long-term financial strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning to support growth initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
• Provide insights on financial trends, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.

Business & Investment Analysis

• Conduct financial modeling and business case analysis to evaluate new projects, partnerships, and investments.
• Assess the financial impact of strategic initiatives and make recommendations for capital allocation.
• Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and industry benchmarks to inform strategic decisions.

Performance Management & Reporting

• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to track financial and operational performance.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports and business insights to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvements in financial reporting, data analytics, and decision support systems.

Risk Management & Compliance

• Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and corporate policies.
• Work closely with internal and external auditors to maintain financial integrity.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Partner with cross-functional teams, including technology, sales, and operations, to align financial goals with business strategy.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance analytical capabilities and financial acumen.
• Support fundraising efforts, investor relations, and corporate finance activities as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
• CPA, ACCA, or CFA certification is an added advantage.
• 8+ years of experience in strategic finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or investment banking.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and business analytics.
• Experience in the technology or consulting industry is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Power BI).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
