Exact Experiential Ltd is looking for a bold, imaginative, and visually-driven Creative Intern to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative mind with a passion for BTL (Below-the-Line) and experiential marketing to work on innovative campaigns that bring brands to life.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Concept Development
- Interpret client briefs and transform them into engaging BTL campaign ideas.
- Brainstorm and present unique, boundary-pushing concepts.
- Ensure all creative work aligns with brand tone, identity, and strategic direction.
2. Visual Design & Brand Application
- Design impactful marketing materials including banners, signage, fleet branding, merchandise, and more.
- Create mood boards, visual decks, and mockups (2D/3D) for presentations.
- Maintain brand consistency and uphold high visual standards.
3. Campaign Execution Support
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Provide print-ready artwork and oversee on-ground quality control.
- Visit activation sites to supervise visual setup and creative execution.
4. Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with internal teams including the Managing Director, Client Service, and Strategy teams.
- Attend client meetings and creative review sessions.
- Accept and implement feedback while maintaining creative integrity.
5. Innovation & Research
- Stay informed on global design trends and experiential formats.
- Propose new formats, materials, and creative approaches to improve engagement.
- Benchmark creative work against industry standards and innovations.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
- At least 6 months of experience in a creative/design role, preferably in a BTL or marketing agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing BTL concepts, design work, and campaign execution.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Bonus: Skills in SketchUp, Blender, After Effects, or 3D/motion design.
- Understanding of print production and large-format specs.
