Job Description:

Brandefy Creative Studio is seeking an experienced motion graphics designer to join our team on a zero-hours contract basis. In this role, you'll design dynamic graphics and animations for various digital platforms to enhance our clients' branding and marketing efforts through visual storytelling.

How You'll Contribute:

The following will be your key responsibilities:

• Motion Design: Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for websites, social media, video content, and marketing campaigns.
• Brand Storytelling: Develop compelling visual stories that align with clients' brand messaging and objectives, using motion graphics to enhance audience engagement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, design, and marketing teams to translate project briefs into visually impactful motion designs.
• Multimedia Integration: Incorporate visual effects, sound, and interactive elements to enhance the overall experience of digital content.
• Revisions: Make revisions based on feedback to ensure the final output meets both client expectations and project goals.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on motion design trends and industry standards to continually enhance the quality of work.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining a high standard of work.

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have a combination of the following:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer with a strong portfolio of animated work across digital platforms.
• Proficiency in motion design software such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, or similar.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain creative ideas effectively.
• Familiarity with video production and editing is a plus.
