Milescoop Ventures LTD is an ultimate Real Estate Company in Kenya selling plots. Our mission is to provide affordability, quality and value to our clients.

We are looking for a self-driven individual with prior experience in a real estate company.

JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in logistics Management, vehicle maintenance and assisting in sales during site visits.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Transporting clients to and from site while ensuring their safety and ensuring they arrive on schedule.
• Transporting staff to various marketing venues
• Ensuring day-to-day maintenance of the company vehicles e.g Van, probox and bus Rosa etc.
• Fulfill administrative needs, like office pickups.
• Research and plan for traffic, construction and weather delays.
• Use navigation google map applications to determine the best route.
• In charge of the cleanliness, storage and safety of the marketing materials.
• Ensuring compliance with the county government regulations and ensuring all licenses are renewed on time.

DESIRED COMPETENCIES

1. Must have a valid PSV driving license.
2. Prior experience in long distance driving will be an advantage.
3. Must have at least 2 years’ experience in a busy real Estate Company selling plots.
4. Must be a strong strategic thinker with self-determination.
5. Must have experience site visit by taking customer to our projects.
6. A flexible person willing to work on Sundays and/or public holidays when need arises.
7. Must be a good sales person and conversant with real estate products.
8. Must be a highly motivated and ambitious individual with unquestionable integrity.

WE OFFER

Salary Ksh 25,000/=plus commission and a bonus package and the opportunity to grow with the company.
