Van Driver

Amicabre Travel Services is seeking to recruit professional and experienced Van Drivers with over 10 years of continuous driving experience. The successful candidates will play a vital role in the safe, timely, and efficient transportation of clients and packages, while upholding the company’s high standards of service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vans to transport clients and goods to various destinations.

• Ensure strict adherence to traffic rules, PSV regulations, and company policies.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of assigned vehicles at all times.

• Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance needs.

• Conduct routine checks and report any vehicle issues promptly.

• Provide professional customer service to all clients during transport.

• Navigate Nairobi roads, estates, and surrounding areas efficiently using knowledge and/or maps.

• Assist in loading and unloading items as required.

• Report incidents or accidents promptly to management.

Minimum Requirements:

• KCSE/Form Four certificate.
• Valid Driving License (Class ABCE, D1, D2, D3).
• Valid PSV license, Good Conduct certificate, and updated driving medical certificate.
• Minimum of 10 years’ continuous experience in professional driving.
• Must be well conversant with Nairobi roads, estates, and surrounding areas.
• Fluent in English; Kiswahili is an added advantage.
• Aged between 30 to 45 years.
• Must submit recommendation letters from previous recognized institutions/employers.
• Must be well groomed, disciplined, and presentable.
