Poultry Farm Manager

New Agro Deal is seeking a skilled and experienced Chicken Farm Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our poultry farm. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal production, maintain flock health, and manage the workforce to deliver consistent, high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement flock management protocols for either broilers or layers.
• Monitor daily feed intake, water supply, health, and growth performance.
• Oversee vaccination schedules and ensure veterinary best practices are followed.
• Supervise and train farm workers, ensuring adherence to biosecurity and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate production and health records; prepare regular reports on performance metrics.
• Coordinate with suppliers and service providers to ensure timely procurement and maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Animal Production, Poultry Management, Veterinary Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a commercial poultry operation.
• Knowledge of poultry health management, feeding regimes, and housing systems.
• Experience using farm management software is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
