Beautician – Skincare

Our client, a reputable company in the skincare industry, is seeking to hire a qualified and passionate Beautician to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in skincare treatments and a good understanding of nutrition and how it relates to skin health. You will be responsible for delivering professional beauty services, recommending skincare products, and educating clients on proper skincare routines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform skincare treatments including facials, exfoliation, extractions, and basic dermatological services.
• Analyze clients' skin conditions and recommend appropriate skincare routines and products.
• Offer guidance on how nutrition and lifestyle choices impact skin health.
• Maintain high hygiene standards in the treatment area and ensure all tools and products are properly sterilized and stored.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
• Stay updated on new skincare products, trends, and technologies.
• Promote and upsell skincare products and treatments to meet client needs.
• Maintain client records and treatment history for follow-up and personalized care.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the skincare center.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in skincare and wellness.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, techniques, and treatments.
• Basic understanding of nutrition and its role in skin health.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and a positive, client-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
