Massage Therapist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide professional massage treatments including relaxation and therapeutic massages
• Perform body and spa treatments in accordance with established treatment protocols.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate massage techniques and treatment plans
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment.
• Ensure high standards of hygiene and professionalism during all treatments.
• Educate clients on wellness practices that support relaxation, muscle recovery, and overall well-being
• Maintain accurate client treatment records and monitor client feedback Build and maintain positive client relationships to encourage repeat visits.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy or a related field
• Proven experience providing professional massage therapy treatments.
• Knowledge of various massage techniques and wellness practices.
• Experience in basic facial treatments and waxing will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and strong attention to detail.
