Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Waiters/Waitresses to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidates will provide excellent table service, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain high standards of hygiene and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.
• Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately, and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently and in accordance with hotel service standards.
• Ensure tables are properly set, cleaned, and maintained before, during, and after service.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints courteously and promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service flow.
• Upsell menu items and inform guests about specials or promotions.
• Process payments and issue receipts.
• Adhere to hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.

Minimum Requirements

• KCSE grade C (plain) or equivalent.
• Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field from a recognized institution.
• At least 3 years of experience in a busy restaurant or hotel setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
