Your Role Will Include:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Ensuring compliance with Kenya labor regulations and standards
• Supporting staff welfare, training, and development initiatives
• Handling disciplinary and grievance matters professionally
• Maintaining accurate HR documentation and payroll coordination

What We’re Looking For:

• A Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management
• At least 3–5 years’ experience in a similar
• Good knowledge of labor laws and HR software systems
• Strong organizational, communication, writing skill and problem-solving skills
• Integrity, discretion, and a proactive attitude
