We are seeking an organized and dedicated HR Assistant to join our team and support the smooth functioning of our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency of key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, payroll processing, and day-to-day administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding

    • Assist in posting job advertisements and coordinating interviews.
    • Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews with candidates.
    • Facilitate the onboarding process, including preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientations.
  2. Employee Records Management

    • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Track employee attendance, leaves, and performance records.
  3. Payroll Processing

    • Support the payroll process by gathering and verifying employee data.
    • Address payroll-related inquiries from employees.
  4. HR Administration

    • Respond to employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
    • Prepare HR reports, correspondence, and documentation as required.
    • Assist in organizing HR events, training sessions, and workshops.
  5. Compliance and Policies

    • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
    • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  6. General Administrative Support

    • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, such as filing, correspondence, and scheduling.
    • Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR support role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
    • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
